This site was built with only one purpose: To hurt Sprint as much as possible by letting everyone who sees this know that Sprint's cellular coverage continues to undergo "upgrades" and if you choose Sprint instead of one of the many more reliable carriers like for example Verizon, you will be in for a world of pain, with 1. dropped calls; 2. odd error messages when you try to dial; 3. no service, even in urban areas; 4. no break if you want to upgrade your phone early and of course no break, if like me you finally throw in the proverbial towel and cancel your account early.
About me:
About Sprint:
About me:
- Long time Sprint customer.
- Stuck with them, even when everyone said their service sucked.
- Stuck with them as they folded up the Next Tel towers and experienced service lapses as a result.
- Finally gave up, asked to upgrade my phone early (thinking that perhaps this would help) but Sprint, (which by the way totally sucks--or have I already said that?) wouldn't give me a price break on that and said they would require me to extend my contract for two years with an upgrade. Why would I do that if Sprint service sucked?
- I posted comments on their customer service "forum," and they then acknowledged technical difficulties, but added that they were working on the issue and "the end would justify the means." (WTF?)
About Sprint:
- Sprint totally sucks. (Or have I said that already?)
- They are to phone service as Mickey Mouse is to Albert Einstein.
- Sprint really, really sucks. Totally. Completely.
- I sincerely hope that my silly web site has caused at lease one customer to reconsider and in that case I will feel that my $200 early termination fee was worthwhile.
